FAQ's

How long will my order take?

Generally orders take up to three weeks to be made, as they are made-to-order. The individual product pages will also specify wait times on items.

Occasionally, if there are a large amount of items on backorder you will be notified that your item will take longer.

How do I look after my Schusser Threads product?

Most items can safely be washed on a gentle, cold wash with a mild detergent. Please refer to the Product Care page for more information on how to look after your specific garment.

Can I swap my order if its the wrong size?

Yes! If your original order was less than 30 days ago, send me an email or a direct message on instagram with your order number. A return label will then be organised and sent to you to return the wrong size.
From there you can let me know the right size and it will be made and sent out to you.
The wait times for new products apply as mentioned above.

Items must be "as new" and have no signs of wear or tear.

Returns policy 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I'm here to help! You will be sent a prepaid postage label to send returns or exchanges back if it is within 30 days of the original purchase date. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund of the original payment method. Please note that while we will refund the full cost of the product, some bank fees may occur and be deducted off the amount.  All shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.  

Exceptions:

+ Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

+ Returned items must still have the original tags and be returned in original product packaging.

+ Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.


Shipping policy 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at abi@schusserthreads.com.au or text Ph: +61 41122215 with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Lifetime Warranty

Each product is manufactured from new parts and therefore has a lifetime guarantee that covers all manufacturing or material defects that may occur during its intended use.  This warranty is only applicable to the original buyer and is not transferable to anyone who subsequently buys the product from you.  The warranty does not cover a) general wear and tear over time, b) misuse or an accident, c) operation outside the products intended use, d) modification of a product, e) any item sold as a sample or seconds. 

If you have an item that has significant wear and tear, or have had an accident, please get in touch and the item will be assessed to see whether it is repairable so you can keep using it on many more adventures.  Depending on the severity of the repair, costs may apply for new materials.
